Welcoming the Month of Ramadhan
The Sermon Given By The Prophet (s) On The Last Friday Of Sha'ban On The Reception Of The Month of Ramadhan.
O People!
Indeed ahead of you is the blessed month of Allah.
A month of blessing, mercy and forgiveness.
A month which with Allah is the best of months.
Its days, the best of days, its nights,
the best of nights, and its hours, the best of hours.
It is the month which invites you to be the guests of Allah
and invites you to be one of those near to Him.
Each breath you take glorifies him;
your sleep is worship,
your deeds are accepted
and your supplications are answered.
So, ask Allah, your Lord;
to give you a sound body
and an enlightened heart
so you may be able to fast and recite his book,
for only he is unhappy who is devoid
of Allah's forgiveness during this great month.
Remember the hunger and thirst of the day of Qiyaamah (Judgment)
with your hunger and thirst;
give alms to the needy and poor,
honor your old,
show kindness to the young ones,
maintain relations with your blood relations;
guard your tongues,
close your eyes to that which is not permissible for your sight,
close your ears to that which is forbidden to hear,
show compassion to the orphans of people
so compassion may be shown to your orphans.
Repent to Allah for your sins
and raise your hands in dua during these times,
for they are the best of times and
Allah looks towards his creatures with kindness,
replying to them during the hours
and granting their needs if he is asked...
O People! Indeed your souls are
dependant on your deeds, free it with Istighfar (repentance)
lighten its loads by long prostrations;
and know that Allah swears by his might:
That there is no punishment for the one who
prays and prostrates and he shall have no fear of the fire on the
day when man stands before the Lord of the worlds.
O People! One who gives Iftaar to a
fasting person during this month will be like one who has freed
someone and his past sins will be forgiven.
Some of the people who were there then asked
the Prophet (s): "Not all of us are able to
invite those who are fasting?"
The Prophet (s) replied: "Allah gives
this reward even if the Iftaar (meal) is a drink of water."
One who has good morals (Akhlaq)
during this month will be able to pass the
‘Siraat’...on the day that feet will slip...
One who covers the faults of others
will benefit in that Allah will curb
His anger on the day of Judgment...
As for one who honors an orphan;
Allah will honor him on the day of judgment,
And for the one who spreads his kindness,
Allah will spread His mercy over him on the day of Judgment.
As for the one who cuts the ties of relation;
Allah will cut His mercy from him...
Who so ever performs a recommended prayer in this month
Allah will keep the fire of Hell away from him...
Whoever performs an obligator prayer
Allah will reward him with seventy prayers [worth] in this month.
And who so ever prays a lot during this month
will have his load lightened on the day of measure.
He who recites one verse of the holy Qur'an
will be given the rewards of reciting the whole Qur’an during other months.
O People!
Indeed during this month
the doors of heaven are open,
therefore ask Allah not to close them for you;
The doors of hell are closed,
so ask Allah to keep them closed for you.
During this month Shaytan (Satan) is imprisoned
so ask your Lord not to let him
O People!

a moment to remember...~
A MOMENT TO REMEMBER…..
My feelings were blended. Happy that the time has finally arrived for me to meet my dad, Cik Sally, Umair, Kauthar and Fahhad after being away for so long.. Sad because it was also the day that I had to let go my one and only ALONG to further his study at Purdue University in Indiana, United States.
Even though he’s going for a good cause but still it’s very hard to let him go…Before the day comes… I’ve cried twice…it’s when I heard a song titled “Perpisahan” and while I was chatting with my lovely sister at Egypt when she asked me about my ALONG
We arrived at Kuala Lumpur International Airport around 7pm before azan Maghrib…
Me and my family, Chu and Cik Man with their children, , Mak Teh and family, Alongs’ friends gathered. Everyone seems happy …talking…joking… taking pictures…
After praying Ummi announced that my beloved Cik Sally and family has arrived. I ran to meet them coz I miss them so much… I can’t believe that Umair is getting more handsome…Kauthar becoming cuter and Fahhad is now running everywhere! Before migrating to Riyadh, Fahhad was not even crawling. Then once again we took many pictures with my brother before he left… seeing umair, kauthar and fahhad playing and running somehow has made me stop thinking about the sadness of letting my brother leave… but nothing can change the reality… sooner or later he will have to go…
9pm sharp we walked together towards the departure entrance… Along gave some advices to our cousins… it was not actually an advice hehe… then come to the SALAM part. This is the toughest part… everybody started crying… it was not that we do not want him to climb the ladder of success but it was just so sad… After much hugging, Along took his way to the departure gate and waved…sob sob sob… We suddenly realized that my youngest brother was not around… he was facing the perfume shop nearby and when my sister hugged him, suddenly tears was running down from his eyes… and it made us all cried again…seems like he wanted to hide his sadness…
We felt so lost without him…, Along always make us laugh even when we’re sad though he’s kind of a strict person sometimes.
1st Ramadhan is just around the corner… can’t imagine we will not be celebrating Ramadhan and Syawal together…
What ever it is I’ll always pray that he will do just fine there… insyaALLAH he will!

E-FEST '08

hehe alhamdulillah... selesai sudah E-FEST '08 yang berlansung selama seminggu di Great Hall CAC & kawasan sekitar... apa E-Fest tu yeh? E-fest--> Entreprenuership festival... prg tahunan kuliyyah of economics and management sciences... bangga my katakan...my sangat gembira berada bersama2 teman2 sepanjang E-FEST nie... mmg penat... kuar bilik 7.30 pagi... then balik bilik balik kul 12 tghmlm... huissshhh buat apa lama sgt tuh??? hehehe...my n yati assistant head security...
dalam E-fest nih..banyak event... book fair-pc fair-exhibition-busana muslimah bazar-halal product bazar-muslim apprentice challenge-animal fair-investment fair-craft fair...haa mcm2 kan? event2 ni dibahagikan kepada different committee to handle... and most of the programs handle by ICF--> ISLAMIC CIVILIZATION FESTIVAL...
Program Manager untuk ICF --> AIZUDDIN aka AJUD <--the best PM ever hehe:)
APM untuk sub event exhibition ZIKRUL AMIN <--the coolest APM
APM untuk sub event Mastering course HANISAH <-- apm yang paling comitted
gerak keje untuk E-FEST start dari short sem hari tu lagi... but at that time masing-masing kerja ngan biro masing2 je... but then... start je 12hb july... when the prg start masing2 dah kene keje bersama2 n itulah yang membuatkan kami committee ICF sangat rapat...rasa mcm adik beradik dah...
head pc--> taufiq....ass head-->sarah...subcom-->ton,tila,syafiq n ramai lagi
head pub n pro--> hazman...ass head--> ekin..subcom-->ida, hadri n umar pishal
head special task--> umar ismail...ass head--> aya...subcom--> ramai hehe
head security--> hanan...ass head-->my n yati..subcom--> hafiz Z, hafiz,mizee&izah
adeh banyak lagi committee lain hehe penat nak list kan... but trust me... ICF committee sume nye bole wat keje...
so keje my n yati n hanan n hafiz n hafiz zuhaili n mizee n izzah... kene pastikan sumer vendor berdaftar n mendapat vendor pass untuk masuk UIA... n most important thing is kene pastikn derang sume tutup aurat for muslim n at least wear scaft for non muslim women... other than that kene pastikan keselamatan lukisan2 untuk Exhibition day n night... so mmg tiap2 mlm akan ader committee yang berjaga hingga ke pagi kat CAC tu... huhu penat tu... seminggu kene mcm tu...selain tu kene buat signage luar dan dalam CAC... MasyaAllah... hari pertama mmg sgt letih... sebab signage banyak miscomunication... nasib baik sangat umar, ajud n sume committee lain tlg... alhamdulillah hari pertama berlalu...
OOPPSSS lupe lak nak bgth hehehe SPECIAL THANKS to AJUD for the free vest n cap for ALL ICFs' COMMITTEE...
hari2 yang lain berlalu seperti yang dirancang alhamdulillah... walaupon ada banyak masalah2 kecil yang jadi tapi dapat diatasi dengan berkat kesabaran n kerjasama sume committee... semakin lama semakin utuh ukhuwah kami di ICF... itu juga membuatkan kami sumer enjoy berkerja walaupon penat... tapi bile tgk sumer orang happy kita pon happy sama...
aktiviti kami dipenuhi dengan paint ball..kayaking...pertandingan mkn buah...games...
sehari sebelum berakhirnya E-FEST... ekin kata..."sedihnya nak tempuh esok...pasni mesti susah nak jumpe balik ramai2 mcm nih..."
hari terakhir efest... ICF anjurkan sukaneka... sume committee ICF terlibat... Ajud jemput jugak central committee untuk join sama... yang turun abg faisal je... tapi ok je...layaann...~
seronok sangat sukaneka nih...
1st game bowling kelapa... mcm2 gaya... hehe
2nd game music chair...hehe sampai jatuh2 berebut kerusi
3rd game isi air dalam botol hehe yesss team my juara
4th game makin jauh makin sayang... hehe my trird round dah kuar... sowie yati hehe
after 3rd game... WARRRR hehe tetiba blusshhhh ader orang baling belon yang ader air dalam nye kat Ajud.. apa lagi... habis sumer orang main baling2 belon air tu... basah la sumer orang... hehehe tak cukup dengan tu...yati amek botol yang 3rd game td n jirus bebudak yang tgh tangkap gambar pulak hehe masing2 mcm kembali ke zaman budak2... comel sgt...
TETIBA hehe nak main game yang terakhir... tapi belon dah tinggal sikit sebab baling2 td huhu... tapi tak pe...kita gabung team... hehe dapat jugak main...
semua pemenang sukaneka dapat hamper... tapi decided to keep the hamper until postmoterm then we all eat together... alhamdulillah... khamis malam tepat jam 9.30 mlm sekali lagi kami semua berkumpul di LR 4.1 econs untuk post moterm... n upacara pemberian hadiah kepada selected committee... antara yang dapat hadiah... coolest APM dapat kat ZIKRUL AMIN...the best committed head dapat kat NABIL... best team of committee dapat kat sub event exhibition...n tanpa disangka2 sahabat yang paling committed pon dapat hadiah... which is ME & YATI hehe thanks guys...
tahu tak... gambar Efest ICF sahaja dah 5 gigabyte...hehe banyak kan...??

hehe alhamdulillah... selesai sudah E-FEST '08 yang berlansung selama seminggu di Great Hall CAC & kawasan sekitar... apa E-Fest tu yeh? E-fest--> Entreprenuership festival... prg tahunan kuliyyah of economics and management sciences... bangga my katakan...my sangat gembira berada bersama2 teman2 sepanjang E-FEST nie... mmg penat... kuar bilik 7.30 pagi... then balik bilik balik kul 12 tghmlm... huissshhh buat apa lama sgt tuh??? hehehe...my n yati assistant head security...
dalam E-fest nih..banyak event... book fair-pc fair-exhibition-busana muslimah bazar-halal product bazar-muslim apprentice challenge-animal fair-investment fair-craft fair...haa mcm2 kan? event2 ni dibahagikan kepada different committee to handle... and most of the programs handle by ICF--> ISLAMIC CIVILIZATION FESTIVAL...

APM untuk sub event Mastering course HANISAH <-- apm yang paling comitted
gerak keje untuk E-FEST start dari short sem hari tu lagi... but at that time masing-masing kerja ngan biro masing2 je... but then... start je 12hb july... when the prg start masing2 dah kene keje bersama2 n itulah yang membuatkan kami committee ICF sangat rapat...rasa mcm adik beradik dah...
head pc--> taufiq....ass head-->sarah...subcom-->ton,tila,syafiq n ramai lagi
head pub n pro--> hazman...ass head--> ekin..subcom-->ida, hadri n umar pishal
head special task--> umar ismail...ass head--> aya...subcom--> ramai hehe
head security--> hanan...ass head-->my n yati..subcom--> hafiz Z, hafiz,mizee&izah
adeh banyak lagi committee lain hehe penat nak list kan... but trust me... ICF committee sume nye bole wat keje...
so keje my n yati n hanan n hafiz n hafiz zuhaili n mizee n izzah... kene pastikan sumer vendor berdaftar n mendapat vendor pass untuk masuk UIA... n most important thing is kene pastikn derang sume tutup aurat for muslim n at least wear scaft for non muslim women... other than that kene pastikan keselamatan lukisan2 untuk Exhibition day n night... so mmg tiap2 mlm akan ader committee yang berjaga hingga ke pagi kat CAC tu... huhu penat tu... seminggu kene mcm tu...selain tu kene buat signage luar dan dalam CAC... MasyaAllah... hari pertama mmg sgt letih... sebab signage banyak miscomunication... nasib baik sangat umar, ajud n sume committee lain tlg... alhamdulillah hari pertama berlalu...
OOPPSSS lupe lak nak bgth hehehe SPECIAL THANKS to AJUD for the free vest n cap for ALL ICFs' COMMITTEE...
hari2 yang lain berlalu seperti yang dirancang alhamdulillah... walaupon ada banyak masalah2 kecil yang jadi tapi dapat diatasi dengan berkat kesabaran n kerjasama sume committee... semakin lama semakin utuh ukhuwah kami di ICF... itu juga membuatkan kami sumer enjoy berkerja walaupon penat... tapi bile tgk sumer orang happy kita pon happy sama...
aktiviti kami dipenuhi dengan paint ball..kayaking...pertandingan mkn buah...games...
sehari sebelum berakhirnya E-FEST... ekin kata..."sedihnya nak tempuh esok...pasni mesti susah nak jumpe balik ramai2 mcm nih..."
hari terakhir efest... ICF anjurkan sukaneka... sume committee ICF terlibat... Ajud jemput jugak central committee untuk join sama... yang turun abg faisal je... tapi ok je...layaann...~
seronok sangat sukaneka nih...
1st game bowling kelapa... mcm2 gaya... hehe
2nd game music chair...hehe sampai jatuh2 berebut kerusi
3rd game isi air dalam botol hehe yesss team my juara
4th game makin jauh makin sayang... hehe my trird round dah kuar... sowie yati hehe
after 3rd game... WARRRR hehe tetiba blusshhhh ader orang baling belon yang ader air dalam nye kat Ajud.. apa lagi... habis sumer orang main baling2 belon air tu... basah la sumer orang... hehehe tak cukup dengan tu...yati amek botol yang 3rd game td n jirus bebudak yang tgh tangkap gambar pulak hehe masing2 mcm kembali ke zaman budak2... comel sgt...
TETIBA hehe nak main game yang terakhir... tapi belon dah tinggal sikit sebab baling2 td huhu... tapi tak pe...kita gabung team... hehe dapat jugak main...
semua pemenang sukaneka dapat hamper... tapi decided to keep the hamper until postmoterm then we all eat together... alhamdulillah... khamis malam tepat jam 9.30 mlm sekali lagi kami semua berkumpul di LR 4.1 econs untuk post moterm... n upacara pemberian hadiah kepada selected committee... antara yang dapat hadiah... coolest APM dapat kat ZIKRUL AMIN...the best committed head dapat kat NABIL... best team of committee dapat kat sub event exhibition...n tanpa disangka2 sahabat yang paling committed pon dapat hadiah... which is ME & YATI hehe thanks guys...

BAKTISISWA MUAFAKAT '08
salam alaik...~
huhu masih terasa kehangatan sambutan masyarakat kg sg layau kota tinggi johor... 5 hari di sisi mereka terasa sgt cepat berlalu...bagaikan semalam baru sampai...kini sudah dua hari kami meninggalkannye...bak kata abg khafis catering "kenangan terindah yang tak dapat dilupakan..."
5.30am...rabu...
kami selamat tiba di dataran felcra sg layau... penatnye duduk dalam bus... bertolak dari uia kul 11 lebey... walaupun bukan my yang drive bus tu hehe tapi penat nye tetap terasa...:) sepanjang perjalanan dari uia ke sg layau...kami stop seketika di RnR ayer keroh...dari 6-7 buah kedai... 2 buah kedai je yang masih sanggup melayan kami di pagi yang hening itu...:P
setelah solat subuh...kami disajikan dengan nasi lemak yang sangat sedap...makcik kiah yang masak...:) sambil sembang2 n makan2...kak ros yang sgt comel datang n welcoming kami... setelah selesai sarap...kami pon di minta masuk ke dewan dimana upacara penyerahan anak angkat akn berlansung... alhamdulillah...-my-su-k.farhana-syai- kami di takdirkan Allah untuk serumah... bersama mak yang sporting n comel...mak ramlah... banyak meow kat umah mak ramlah...heee:) baby pon ader...miss u wawa... wawa nih cucu mak ramlah...ank abg anuar n kak su...
lepas kami rehat2 mandi2 n membiasakan diri kat umah mak ramlah..acara yang dinantikan telah tiba...;P mahabbah visit.. kami dipecahkan mengikut gabungan 2 biro untuk menghebahkan bahawasanya kami students UIAM telah selamat smpai...n kami akan berada di kg sg layau sehingga hari ahad...kami juga menerangkan sedikit sebanyak aktivitas yang akan kami jalankan selama kami disana...tak lupa juga menjemput masyarakat kg untuk menyertai aktiviti2 kami...setelah itu kami bersiap sedia untuk majlis perasmian BAKTISISWA MUAFAKAT '08 yang di rasmikan oleh YB Hamimah... huhu my ngan mira jadi usherer... alhamdulillah majlis malam itu berlansung dengan jayanya...:)
8.00am...khamis
huhu janji kul 8...my n su turun tepat jam 8 pg tak de sape pon kat kwsn masjid kecuali abg musa...inilah yang dikatakan janji melayu...:P so sementara tunggu mereka2 itu... my n su jalan2 kat kwsn pantai di sana...alhamdulillah pg khamis kami dipecah kan kepada 4 group gotong royong...my ditugaskan untuk gotong royong kat sekolah...pada mulanya kami cume mengutip smph2 yang adr...huhu tak mencabar btol...hehe upe2nye kami kene cat sekolah daa... dah la my pakai tshirt itam...:( tapi tak pe...demi bakti kami pada adik2 sekolah itu...kami redah je...cat jugak...sampai siap hehe... group yang lain kne bersihkan pantai-kubur-sek agama...ptg tu plak my boss Sufi... soh my g antar surat untuk semua ketua blok...ader 13 org semuanye... my g ngan salwa... dia bwk moto...huuu takot... dah lama tak naik moto... sampai terbang2 surat2 tu hehe...
pada sebelah malam nye...kami bersama2 keluarga angkat masing2 membaca yasin bersama2...
8.45am...jumaat
SONOK sangat...hehe ader pertandingan menganyam untuk girls...n aktiviti tangkap kepah untuk boys...so sekarang nih...my dah pandai menganyam...:) alhamdulillah my dapat tempat saguhati je...tapi bukan itu motifnye... yang paling berharga adalah ilmu baru yang dipelajari pg itu...
petang pula diisi dengan aktiviti sukan...:) sukan yang baru my blaja ialah bola petang..
manakala malam pula...:) ader tayangan perdana...memula kiamat sudah dekat...then tuka ayat-ayat cinta pulak... tapi kitorang balik awal...mak tak larat katanya... so kat umah kak long ajak tengok perfume-a story of a murderer...
8.00am...sabtu
let's join the chicken dance...hehe after that ader sukaneka... my masuk dua acara... tiup tepon ngan bawak bola guna gelung...tiup belon tak menang... bwk bola 1st place...:)
after that ader main paint ball tapi...huuuuu sedey...tak sempat main...coz malam tu ader mlm kebudayaan n kenduri... my-sufi-qilah-mira-su handle...so kne la wat preparation...mlm itu sgt letih dan penat...
8.00am...ahad
pagi tu ader explorace sepatutnye...tapi my sakit kepala pulak... letih mlm sebelum tu masih bersisa...huhu xdapat join explorace...after that ader majlis penutup yang sepatutnya ditutup oleh azalina...tapi dia tidak menghadirkan dirinya...wakil dia je yang dtg...
setelah selesai majlis penutup...kami diberi masa sehingga jam 5 petang sebelum pulang ke UIAM...masa untuk kemas2...rehat2...jln2...heee so mak ramlah bwk my-su-k.farhana-syai
ke pantai tg balau...MasyaALLAH cantik sungguh permandangan kat situ...itulah tanda hebatnya ciptaan Allah Taala...:) kami smpai umah tepat jam 5 ptg... kelam kabut nye... dah lambat hehehe:) sampai je kat bus sumer orang dah naik...mata masing2 bengkak... huhu sedey sgt... mcm baru semalam sampai...sebelum naik bus... sempat puluk n cium kak ros...:) kak ros... akan ku ingat pesan mu selalu...kuikuikui mak pulak antar sampai dalam bus... air mata tak dapat dibendung lagi... bus bergerak... kami sibok mencari mak ramlah...nak bubye... sedih nye saat perpisahan itu... Ya Allah... temukanlah kami lagi...supaya tidak terputus ikatan silaturrahim antara kami...:)
